With the ‘Pose Method’ you learn how to optimise the load on your body during running. A good posture, soft landing and high cadence all play a crucial role in this.
The method is based on science not just running hints or tips.
The theoretical part will focus on the laws of nature and gravity, how to move efficiently and reduce impact on the body.
The practical part will consist of a dynamic warm up, strengthening and running drills to increase perception in each running phase.
