Yoga connects body and mind and is accessible to everyone. Yet it is often thought that you have to be fit and flexible to get started.
There are now many movements within Yoga that also appeal to different target groups, but everyone can learn the basic exercises.
Take the time to come to yourself and in no time the downward dog, tree stance, cobra and pigeon no longer have any secrets for you.
After 4 weeks of Yoga ‘fun’ you are ready to join our Yoga Flow class.
