Calling all women who’ve always wanted to try boxing, but were put off by the fact that the sport is predominantly male orientated.
Combinations, coordination and technique training, the necessary cardio and now and then ‘all out’ on the punching bag :)
Just to be clear: there is only contact on each other's gloves. Experience is not required. The lessons are primarily aimed at beginners.
