Learn to Run is our 4 week program that goes beyond the distance. During each session we put the focus on improving your running technique in accordance with the laws of nature and how the body is designed to move.
On week 1 and 4, you will have your own running technique thoroughly analysed and adjusted where needed.
As well as technique we will work on stability, strength and flexibility for running.
We will discuss training strategy and planning for every level.
Every Monday at 8pm and Thursday 7pm at BeMoreActive or surroundings Huldenberg.
4 weeks/8sessions, starting from Thu 9/9 till 3/10.
