Consisting of a personal exercise plan and general nutritional advice, your body will get tackled from all angles. Regular updates and tweaks make sure every session stays exciting, challenging and rewarding.

When, Where and How

Each Personal Training programme is scheduled around your needs and lifestyle. We usually meet at the BeMoreActive studio in Huldenberg. There’s also a possibility for online training.

Available in one-on-one sessions or in a small group.  Start a coaching trajectory. (note that Personal Training at a different location may involve a travel supplement)

Outside of ‘teaching time’, our studio and fully equipped garden can be used for ‘open-gym’ sessions. Contact us for more info.
