Hear what others say…
“Hello Ken, I wanted to thank you for yesterday. Good explanation and definitely recommend people to attend the practical session. Experiencing it in person is quite different than just reading the theory. Practising the ‘Pull’ instead of pushing will be the biggest challenge for me. I find it amazing how you see a difference between the before and after and in less than 2 hours. Practice, practice and more practice….“
Jeroen - Running Clinic
“Wow! That was cool. When I tried before the exercise to fold down my hands were at ankle height.
After the exercise I could almost put my hands flat on the floor. And I have done it only once!
Thank you - Looking forward for the next video”
Marcello - 6 Steps Video: Re-Discover your Natural Running Ability
“I did both the Baby and Me and Buggy Bootcamp classes with Ken – in fact, I enjoyed them so much I signed up for them twice! They were a great way to pick up exercise again after pregnancy and childbirth, and a much-appreciated opportunity to meet other new mums and spend quality time with my baby. Ken’s classes helped me find new stretches to ease the aches and pains and build up the strength and energy needed to keep up with my growing baby. I always walked away from the classes on a serotonin high!”
Sarah - Baby & Me, Buggy Bootcamp
“Your first training video was great, and focussing on my goal has certainly helped my running this past week.”

“I ran my first 4k barefoot and it was a gorgeous experience. I could keep a 5 min/k pace practically effortlessly, even though last time I actually ran was at the clinic with you. Running in POSE was the most natural thing ever, after the first minute I did not have to think about anymore, it was just pose-fall-run all the way... So, thank you, thank you, thank you for all the good tips - for the clinic and for the videos. Keep up the good work! ”
Marcello - Pose Running Clinic
“I reached 40 and for the first time in my life, I wanted to run. I completed Ken’s Learn to Run course because I had no idea how to start or how to progress without injury. I’ve now run two races and thank Ken for his education and support. My only regret? I wish I had learnt to run sooner”
Emma - Learn to Run
“After the birth of two children very close together, I was guilty of neglecting my health and fitness. Ken’s personal training has provided the perfect return to fitness. He continues to push my boundaries, helping me regain strength, balance, posture and reclaim my body back”
Victoria - Personal Training
“I've been training regularly with Ken for four years and plan to go on doing so as long as I can. He knows exactly how to keep the training interesting and fun while making sure my body gets a good workout. I know I couldn't do it on my own: Ken always manages to motivate and challenge me.
I can absolutely recommend him, whatever your age - and I'm at the upper end of the age range of his clients! “
Belinda - Personal Training
“Dear Ken, Just a quick update -- You helped my son, Matthew, about a year ago and he is running like a different person now! He ran the Brussels 5K in October and left me behind in the dust. Just wanted to give you that news and to say thanks again. “

In the western world we know Middle Eastern dance mainly as "belly dance", which actually is a bit of a misnomer. Not only the belly, but the whole body is used to make the typical movements. These can be subtle and fluid as well as rhythmic and powerful. It truly is a dance for all ages, shapes and sizes. The benefits are unlimited: it improves your flexibility and strength, your balance improves, your abdominal and back muscles are worked in a gentle way. Moreover, it is just a fun way to move that improves body image and boosts self confidence! (read more)
