Be More Active was founded by Ken Gilbert, a Personal Trainer based in Belgium whose training methods are inspired by Natural Movement, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Capoeira, Dance, Yoga, Pilates and Body Weight Training.
He is a MovNat Licensed Trainer and also specialises in training Runners of all abilities , combining his own passion for trail running with the teachings of Ido Portal, Rafe Kelley, Tom Weksler, Fighting Monkey and more.
