From the first moment we are born we inhale and exhale about 20.000 times a day. From a peaceful baby-breath to huffing and puffing after a full out sprint.

We often take breathing for granted but during the span of our lifetime there are many obstacles like chronic stress, fatigue, daily posture or certain conditions like asthma or allergies that influence our breathing patterns or interrupt an optimal Oxygen intake and delivery.
