Discover the wonderful world of Playful movement, breathwork and cold exposure.

This workshop is a shorter, compact version of our full day ‘Nurture your Nature’.

What’s included:

  • A brief explanation of the ice bath protocol, the many benefits of cold exposure and the few contraindications to take into account.

  • The 3 domains of breathwork, how to up- or down regulate your nervous system and breathing exercises

  • Movement exploration

  • Ice Bath experience…with a smile :)

  • Cup of tea, reflection, questions…
