When, Where and How
Each Personal Training programme is scheduled around your needs and lifestyle. We usually meet at the BeMoreActive studio in Huldenberg or on a running track (for the running sessions). There’s also a possibility for online training.
Available in one-on-one sessions or in a small group. Start a coaching trajectory. (note that Personal Training at a different location may involve a travel supplement)
Outside of ‘teaching time’, our studio and fully equipped garden can be used for ‘open-gym’ sessions. Contact us for more info.
