Consisting of a personal exercise plan and general nutritional advice, your body will get tackled from all angles. When, Where and How

Each Personal Training programme is scheduled around your needs and lifestyle.

Available in one-on-one sessions or in a small group.  You can opt for just one session or buy  more and you can choose between a 60 minute or a 90 minute session. 

(note that Personal Training at your location may involve a travel supplement)
