Group Classes
Burn is a low impact, yoga inspired workout for all levels, designed to develop strength and awareness around muscles used and needed for daily life and Asana practice.
The sequences are accessible to everyBODY. We workout while enjoying the experience to the beat of the music.
Groove is a delicious and unique way that makes dance easy, accessible and fun for everyone. No complicated steps and no choreographies to learn, so you can’t get it wrong. EveryBODY can dance at their own level. The perfect recipe to nurture your body, mind, heart and soul.
A fun way of getting fit, the Functional Fit sessions are movement based exercises and a mix of strength, cardio, natural movement, abs and floor-work. You adapt your work out to your own level and skill.
This yoga session is a vinyasa flow or power vinyasa flow class - which means you will sweat (a little). It's a whole body workout aimed at muscle strength and flexibility.
For all levels
For women with (a little bit of) prior boxing experience who want to take their skills up a notch. Continue to improve your technique and get some fancier moves under your belt. Contact is only on gloves, pads and punching bags.
A gentle yoga class that targets muscle strength and flexibility. We hold each pose for longer allowing you to also go deeper in yourselves so the mind can switch off.
For men and women of all ages and abilities - no prior boxing experience required. In a non-competitive atmosphere, we get a few more combinations in and the breaks will be shorter. Combinations, coordination, technique training and going hell for leather! Partner work is on gloves - no sparring.
