The Friday class is gentler. It also targets muscle strength and flexibility, but in a different way.
We hold each pose for longer allowing you to also go deeper in yourselves and go into more of a meditative state, so the mind can switch off. Afterwards you feel energised for the day to come and ready for the weekend.
