What do I need?

 
 

Indoor

Indoors we train barefoot or in (anti-slip) stocks.

An exception is only made for the boxing classes on Friday evenings. Here you can wear specially designed boxing shoes or clean ‘minimal’ indoor shoes

Kick boxing: We recommend that you bring your own gloves but we can always lend you a pair for the first sessions.

Yoga: If possible, bring your own Yoga mat. Yoga blocks and straps are available, but you can of course also bring your own.

Functional Fit: If possible, bring your own Yoga mat or alternative.

General: Wear clothes that are comfortable so you can move easily, bring a towel and some water.

Shower: We have a shower available but best to let us know in advance if you want to make use of it.

Outdoors

Feel free to train with shoes outside but if possible we still prefer barefoot or ‘barefoot’ shoes. Bring an extra layer for the warm-up and cool-down. And maybe a thin rain jacket when the weather looks changeable.

In the summer it can be useful to bring some sunglasses, a cap, sun screen and/or something against mosquitoes. The grass is well maintained and usually kept short, but it is best to check your body for ticks after each session. You never know.

Otherwise, bring the same things as for Inside.

Parking

If there is a space, feel free to park in the driveway.

Unfortunately you are not allowed to park your car on the street.

It is possible to park on the roadsides (opposite the studio, 100m further under the speed camera,...). You can also park your car in the side streets and Neesveld (there’s a walking path to the studio).

Or you can cycle or walk, it will be a good warm-up :))
