A fun way of getting fit, the Functional Fit sessions are movement based exercises and a mix of strength, cardio, natural movement, abs and floor-work.

Each exercise is easily adjustable in intensity and difficulty
You adapt your work out to your own level and skill.
No matter your age, level or goal: Functional Fit will make you move more and build fitness in a fun and social environment.
