Wether you’re an absolute beginner or you already tried Kick-boxing and want to take your skills up a notch?

This class is there for you! After a breath-taking warm up, you will be improving your agility, coordination, speed and movement vocabulary.

Learn new skills, improve your technique and get some fancy moves under your belt.

Are you ready for a fun workout in a warm and friendly setting?

To be clear: there is only contact on each other's gloves. For the harder work there are pads and punching bags
