Find your flow, refine your technique to optimise movement and breathing efficiency.

A proper running technique can reduce your chances of injury and improve your performance.

With the ‘Pose Method’ you learn how to optimise the load on your body during running. A good posture, soft landing and high cadence all  play a crucial role in this.

Running - so simple and yet so complex

The method is based on science not just running hints or tips.

The theoretical part will focus on the laws of nature and gravity, how to move efficiently and reduce impact on the body.

The practical part will consist of a dynamic warm up, strengthening and running drills to increase perception in each running phase.

You will also get an individual video analysis before and after the session

Breathwork for Runners

The second part of this workshop will tap into functional breathing patterns for preparation, performance and recovery.

Get a deeper understanding of the the science of breathing with practical exercises and useful drills. Increase your skills-set, expand your toolbox and grow as a runner. We’ll start with some theory and then take the time to practice.

Exercises include:

  • Restoring Functional breathing

  • Nose breathing & Running, how to get started

  • Tendon elasticity & Running efficiency

  • What goes up, must come down. Soft landing for a lifetime of Running Pleasure.

  • Simulation of High Altitude Training

  • Breathing strategies for recovery
