About Me

For more than 12 years I’ve been lucky enough to combine my passion for nature and movement in my job as a Personal Trainer and owner of BeMoreActive.

When I’m not teaching, I’m having fun with my family, you might see me in the mountains (Trail running), under water (Freediving), up in a tree (Natural Movement) or perhaps somewhere enjoying a refreshing ice bath (Wim Hof ​​Method).

Movnat certified' since 2013 and Level 3 since 2019. I’m also specialised in Running Technique (Pose Method) and Functional Breathwork (Oxygen Advantage).


I’m constantly deepening my knowledge into our (Natural) Movement abilities and regularly attend workshops such as 'Evolve, Move, Play', 'Ancestral Movement', Fighting Monkey' and 'Locomotion, Movement X, The Corset' (Ido Portal ),…because ‘Life is what we Train for’!
